I must tell you that something has always stayed with me… Several years ago I was tediously cleaning a shelf in shop I worked at in a mall. You were walking by, stopped, looked at me through the picture window and then approached me and said “you’re a Cancer cusping on Leo, aren’t you?”
I stood in absolute shock and asked you how you knew. You said ‘it’s in the eyes’. Then you proceeded to shake my hand and say, “my name is Mac McLaughlin from the Georgia Straight”. And, like that, you were gone.
That moment has always astounded me.
Anyways, I love reading your columns whenever I find a Straight, and am happy to have finally located your website with insightful videos. Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I have threatened to write a book for the last 35 years and I am glad that I stalled, for now this medium of video blogs fits me to a T. I just want to share the truth of how astrology really works. I have walked up to hundreds of people over the years and have told them thier birth dates. It is impactful and memorable. If I try to do it, it doesn’t work. No doubt my ego is in the way. If you move a certain way, make a gesture and it may remind me of a sign or planet I will bring it up. If it is from the intuitive level it is rarely wrong but from deductive reasoning combined with ego, rarely right. I love it though for life comes from life, not from books.
